TOT Farm Enterprise management

Farm Enterprise Management training is for trainers of smallholder farmers, emerging farmers, and agricultural entrepreneurs who want to improve their skills for successful and sustainable farm management. The training is meant to train institutional staff that teach farmers the basic skills of running a successful, growing, and profitable business. The training courses cover, among other things, planning, crop selection, dealing with banks and MFIs, anticipating the market, accounting, investment and re-investment, sales and customer management, and risk management.
